Automated follow-up to Mass Emails

I've sent a Mass Email, and now want to automatically send a follow-up email to all recipients who didn't open the original email within a certain time. What's the best way to do this?

    John,

     

    If the email template you send out is in HTML, each of the read receipts will be shown on your HTML Email Status related list.  You could also run an HTML Email Status report where you sort by the subject (which would be Mass Email: {Whatever is in the email templates Description field}.

     

    You can find out your target email ids from this report and send out a follow up mail to them after a certain time.
