Training Presentations in Salesforce

Does anyone have any slick or cool ways of delivering training to end-users within Salesforce?  Right now we have a few training presentations on specific areas of Salesforce (ex: Leads Process and Expectations), but we haven't found an easy way for users to see it immediately from the respective object without searching for them in Salesforce (stored in Files right now).  We were hoping we could just create a hyperlink from within the help text of fields to allow users to get to these presentations, but it doesn't seem to work nicely.

 

Would love to hear what others are doing!

    Thanks Jessica - that looks pretty solid, but looks like there are costs associated based on the number of users.  Have you found anything similar that is less expensive/free?
