Missing pencil icon next to editable fields

Does anyone has an issue, that in Lightning for some editable fields the pencil is now displayed, but double-click on the field still works. It seems a rather random behaviour. Has anyone already raised this as an issue with Salesforce?

and unfortunately its not yet fixed and has no workaround
