Our companies HTML manuals in salesforce?

Question

We have HTML versions of our manuals that I would like to upload and share publicly in salesforce. Our HTML manuals are multiple files with reference links that would need to still work once moving to Saleforce.

For example the index.html file is basicly a table of contents that links out to the other pages.

We are currently hosting our PDF manuals in Sales force using public knowlege, but that seems to have very limited features.

Is there a way to do this in saleforce, or with an addon apps to salesforce?
