I have 2 questions :
1. I modified the Account search layout with the colums i want but i don't understand how to access to this page in the application ?
2. I wanted to have the "search Account " on the Account homepage but i don't know how to do it (like for Products)
Any idea?

Hey Virginie,
Do you have a search box on the top of your Salesforce layout (this requires Chatter to be on), or on the top left hand side of the page?
Once you do a search in one of those locations, you'll see the search layout you modified.
