Validation rule!

Hi All,

 

I have a validation rule that should provide and error when the field Is_this_a_partner_opportunity__c is not equal to ‘No Partner’ and wen the field Lead_Partner_Contact__c is BLANK but the rule I have done keeps giving an error when ‘No Partner’ is selected and ‘Lead Partner’  is blank… but it shoudnt… See below:

 

AND(

 

OR(

 

ISPICKVAL(Is_this_a_partner_opportunity__c, "Inbound Referral/influence"),

 

ISPICKVAL(Is_this_a_partner_opportunity__c, "Outbound Referral/Influence"),

 

ISPICKVAL(Is_this_a_partner_opportunity__c, "Resale"),

 

AND(

 

ISBLANK( Lead_Partner_Contact__c ))))

 

Can someone help and let me know what I have missed?

    Give this a shot:-

     

    AND(

     

    NOT(ISPICKVAL(Is_this_a_partner_opportunity__c."No Partner")),

     

    ISBLANK( Lead_Partner_Contact__c))
