Insufficient Privileges when changing the Account on a Contact (while being the Owner)

Hey Guys,

 

One of my users has been experiencing issues chainging the Account on Contacts. Even though she's the Owner of the current Account, future Account and the Contact.

 

Am I missing something here?

    You want to make sure that the user doing the 'transfer' to the new Owner has access on the Contact, Account, and any other records related to the Contact so that those records can be updated with the new Owner.
