Can Partner Community user send mass email

Question

Hello all! my org is trying to find a way for our partner community users to be able to send mass email. Are there any out of the box functionality for this? If not what would be the current workaround for this? I know this was not available in the past however I am curious to know if this is now possible.

Unfortunately, community users are still not able to send mass email. Please check this related idea:

For Contact and Lead, you can add Send List Email button to the list view, and also the community user profile must have Mass Email enabled.
