If I select "Locked Account" under "Contacts", does that lock that account/contact from receiving emails through Vertical Response?

    This sounds like some custom setup for your org. I would talk to your system admin to learn more about how that is used.

     

    I can tell you that if the "Email Opt Out" field is checked then VeritcalResponse will not send an email to that contact.
