Hi Eyal,
If Field History is enabled for the Case Object and if Status is one of the fields that you are tracking, you can run a report using the Report Type "Case History" and get the info that you are looking from the report..
If Field History is not enabled, please enable the same for Case Object and Track the Status field.
You can enable the Field History for Case Object by navigating to
Setup - Customize - Cases - Fields - Set History Tracking and select the fields that you want to Track.
Please note, you will only be able to track any changes moving forward but not any historical changes that were made before the field history was enabled.
Alos, add the Case History Related list to the Case Page Layouts
