As an admin, I can view everybody's calendars. When I log in as a regular User, I can't.
The calendar Events are created on Cases. The Cases have Org-wide sharing set to "Private", with Sharing Rules opening them up to the desired Users with "Read/Write" access. Org-wide sharing for Calendar is set to "Show Details and Add Events", while Activities are set to "Controlled by Parent". We do not use Roles. It is a completely flat hierarchy: regular users are not below admin users in the role hierarchy.
I can't see what permissions are different between my admin login vs. my regular login that would affect this. For the regular login, I even granted "View All Data" for Cases (the parent object), but no change.
What permissions enable my admin profile to view multi-user calendars, but not a regular profile?

@Steve Thurston Greetings! I currently have this problem. Have you managed to figure out what permissions enable administrators to view calendar, while no admin users are not able to? Thanks in advance!
