Created Every Day Report based on Created Time

Hi there, I'm working on a report requirement to generate list of all records created day before report running b/w 10.30 to Next day 10.30 PM. ForExample..On Wednesday 7.AM report runs and get records created Mon 10:30 PM to Tue 10:30 PM. I created custom formula field to filter the data, but not able to use the same in report filter like Today -1 10.30 PM . Any advise?
