I think this is a custom solution on your salesforce ORG,
Goto your Property Record,- Scroll down--> check if a related list is visible
- else --> click the edit layout on the top right corner
- select related list option, Drag and drop industries to bottom of the page
The above will work only if your inventory has a lookup field / master detail with your building
if the above doesnt work you might need to contact your SF admin or give us more details
