Not receiving emails using workflow and the "Generate Email Notification" box is checked on steps in the workflow.  How do I setup to receive the emails?

If you are working in a Sandbox, make sure your Email Administration > Deliverability is set to 'All' and that the email address for your User record is your real email address.
