I am trying to transfer all of the accounts and leads by states to different account owners.  I have chosen "Transfer Leads" and "Transfer Accounts", however, it when I put in the criteria for states, it comes up with no results.

 

For instance, I have a lot of leads and accounts in Michigan (MI) but they are coming up after I hit the "Find" button prior to the transfer.

    Okay, we need to look at the data on your SFDC org then.  Create a report that displays ALL Accounts (no filter or dat criteria at all) and select Summary as the report format Grouped By: Billing State.  Then run the report and post a screenshot of your results to see if you have any Accounts in those States and also what other values the Accounts have in that field.
