I'm enabling an entire new Sales team on how to sell, and they've never used Salesforce before, and many have very little sales experience.  I'd like to arm them with some 'best practices' or 'tools of the trade' type of tips to help them be more efficient and hit their numbers... What can you add to this?  So far, I've got:

•Link your Calendar to Salesforce for complete tracking of to-dos, events, due dates, and deliverables for each client

•Link your Email to Salesforce to automate activity tracking

•Use the built in Social Media links to research your prospects

•Use the microcampaign feature to reach out to your prospects with targeted messaging around upcoming events

•Check your leads bucket every single day, set aside time to reach out and set a phone call in motion

•Use Docusign to send and receive documents faster

•Communicate any pain points to Sales Ops, there may be a solution

•Search for similar customers, reach out to the owner to see what worked and what didn’t- see if they’re willing to be a reference

•Download the Salesforce1 app and work from your phone while traveling
