Case Backlog
- This would also be a daily tracking and measure the size of our backlog. Simply, the number of open cases divided by our average daily close rate.
- This will be used to build and set a target to get to xx by March 1, yy by July 1, etc.. My team is spread out Globally.

Below is the formula i used to which im definitely not sure if it's actually correct?
basically what i want is a report that can tell me the total number of open cases say for the last 30 days and getting all cases average daily closed rate is that possible?
