What's the data type of your Probability field ? Is it a picklist or a percentage field ? If it's a percentage field then your formula will be like thisOR(
ISCHANGED([Opportunity2__c].Termination_Date__c),
ISPICKVAL([Opportunity2__c].Contract_Status__c ,"Terminated"),
AND(
[Opportunity2__c].Probability_2__c >= 0.6,
