send email to additional contacts with SalesForce to Outlook

Is there a way to select additional contacts(not on email To: or CC: line) to send an email to SalesForce?

 

We have SalesForce EE and Outlook 2007 client.

 

The old connector used to let you select additional contacts to send the email to in SalesForce, but I can't figure it out using SalesForce to Outlook.
