I would like to add two columns to the "HTML Email Status Report". One for the "Account" name and the other for "State" that the contact reside.
However, these fields are not listed. Anyway I can add them?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. A couple ideas floating around, but not much action on this...
I think because there are so many low cost apps that get you very good html email reporting, Salesforce may not enhance this much. Salesforce really doesn't want to be an emailing platform; that's what the 3rd party apps are for, which can absolutely link email reporting with Salesforce data....
Lots of options, but check out ExactTarget (recently acquired by Salesforce and becoming part of Marketing Cloud. Fairly inexpensive for what it is...)

All of these are pretty inexpensive if you have a low volume of contacts/emails.
