I want to complete a Mass Email using the criteria from a Custom Object. When I go to complete a new view to get my distribution list, the custom object information isn't available. The Custom Object is a related list within the Accounts object. How do I accomplish?
Salesforce mass email works only with contact and lead views. If you need to do complex queries, you'll need to use a 3rd party email tool like Vertical Response or iContact that can use reports as the query source.
