Calculating a date based on one date field that is already prepopulated and a number field that will be manually filled it.

We have a date field that already autopopulates and a number field that is manually filled in. We want to be able to calculate another date field based on these two fields. For example date field = 8/22/13 number field = 3 -- new date field = 8/25/13

 

What would the formula/workflow be for this?

    For the WFR criteria you could do something as simple as evaluate the Date1 and Number fields and trigger the Date2 update action anytime those fields are edited or not blank.
