I'm on board. This should be near the top of the pile for developers without requiring creation of custom formulas. It's amazing to get soo many things right and miss where almost everone needs secondary sorts. I hacve one list where there's a relationship hierarchy and when you are the top of the higherarchy the main relationship field is blank. So without a secondary sort the key descion maker is sorted away from everyone else. Just silly.
