Make a custom button on an opportunity which would auto populate a recurring future task?

Can someone help me out with a URL hack that would allow me to make a custom button that would autopopulate fields on the New Task page:

 

Type: Future Task

 

Comments: Follow up

 

Check option for Create Recurring Series of Tasks

 

Recurring each month on creation day of the task for 3 Months

 

I have done something similar to this in custom lead buttons for acvtivity logging, but I need some help tweaking the URL Hack for Opps as well as for a reccuring task.
