How do I customize the fields that show up in my related list? I've looked everywhere, tried compact layouts but this seems to only impact list views. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can use the enhanced page layout editor in the full Salesforce site to customize the layout of an object’s record detail pages and adjust which fields and related lists appear.
