Importing data to Lookup Field

Hi, I have a large number of account records to import, each has three fields that contain references to existing accounts. I need to import these records as accounts with the references to a custom field, which is a lookup field from accounts.

 

I can't figure out an easy way to import this data as custom lookup fields (to any object, but in this case we are talking about accounts) don't seem to get included in the import wizard as far as I have expereinced.

 

Any way around this? Perhaps there is a technique or well known work-around the community uses for this kind of import?

     If you have access to the Force.com Data Loader you can populate Lookup reference fields using the ID of the record that you are trying to reference.
