I have Customer Community users. They have been created from Contacts. I have some customized objects that are related lists of the Contact. How can I limit that the data the user can see is only the info related to him?

    Set the related list object's OWD to Private.

     

    Only the user who owns the record, and the User with role above in hierarchy than the user owning the record will be able to see the record.
