Hi Morgan,
If you go to the Contacts tab, scroll down to the Reports section on the bottom left of your screen, and select the HTML Email Status Report, you will be able to see the status of your emails that you have sent.
Additionally, you can add the HTML Status related list via the page layout to an object if you'd like. To do so:
Setup > Customize > Select your Object > Page Layouts > Find the Related List
