We're looking at moving from a desktop client based help desk app to service cloud console and case feed. Our users are used to being able to quickly copy and paste a screen shot to the ticket but we are having trouble doing this with case feed and rich text fields (even at the new maximum size of 131k chars) Has anyone come acorss this before and if so, what was the solution or how did you work around it to get users to change to attaching files
