The role shouldn't matter much, but the profile does. Make sure the other admins have the system administrator profile, and they should have as much access to the system as you.

If you'd like, as a last resort, leave your account active before leaving and reset your password to something generic. If they ever need to use your account for anything, they'd be able to.

There are some things that could go wrong when deactivating an admin account. For example, any integrations that are logged in as you (using OAuth or a username and password) would stop working. Nobody can tell you which ones you're using, if any.
