Is there an easy way to organize content/documents by folders?  Here is how we currently set up our files.  Main Folder: Field Sales; Sub-Folder: Client; Sub-Folder: Customer.  We do this for roughly 12 of our clients within our field sales team.

Rather than keep files in folders that make content difficult to find, Salesforce CRM Content stores files in fully searchable file repositories known as libraries. Administrators can create multiple libraries based on any classification, such as department name, job function, or team, and then configure user permissions within the library to balance content access with security.

Administrators can create multiple libraries based on any classification, such as department name, job function, or team, then configure user permissions within the library to balance content access with security. Authors assign descriptive labels called tags to help classify and organize content across libraries. You can view a list of all content that belongs to a particular tag or filter search results based on a tag or tags. Salesforce CRM Content also provides personal libraries, which allow users to reduce the clutter on their desktops while using content-management benefits such as document search and version control.
