I need to move a bunch of 2010 reports to a new folder I create. Then create another set of reports for 2011. Any quick way to move all the reports over to the new folder?

Edit your report folder that contains the 2010 reports.
Move reports to the Unfiled Public Folder.
Edit your new folder and move reports from Unfiled Public Folder.
