I can't log in as a developer??

I'm trying to log in as a developer.  I was able to just this week,and now after typing in my login information, it just says "Logging you in..." and never goes to the next page.

 

Is anyone else having this problem or know a solution?

    Is this developer edition? and not trial edition?

     

    Have you try from other web browser?
