"Task type cannot be ":None"," I'm not sure what this means. My CSV consists of WHOID (Contact), WHATID (Account), OWNERID (Contact Owner), Status (Completed), Subject (Tradeshow), Description (Attended show...). I'm not sure why I keep getting the error on ALL lines.

Is that the literal quote or did something get lost in translation? Guessing you have a type field on your task object. What rules do you have, if any, for that field?
