When creating a mass email template, I selected the contact field "contactname" or "contactfirstname" so the letter will say Dear <contactfirstname> But either way I have tried it, still won't pull a contact name. Any tips?

    Interesting I didn't know square brackets work. I'm only aware of braces. Where are mass emailing from?

     

    Please can you post a couple of screen shots, would like to see exactly what your looking at.
