Our mobile licence users are struggling to view reports and dashboards on their Blackberrys. They can see all the info on their iPhones but the reoprts and dashboards data is not pulling through to their Blackberrys. Does anybody know why this might be?

sorry for long delay in response i was out of the office last week.........There needs to be a folder in the Reports Tab titled Mobile Reports, did you create one?
