I'm using the "upsert" command in Dataloader 19. However, existing records are not being updated with the import. The upsert creates new records successfully but any changes to existing records are not carried over.
I'm not getting any errors. When I look at the success logs, I see the updated information but when I look at the record on Salesforce the updates do not appear. I have a custom object and custom ID field
