One of the directors at our agency wants a email reminder to go out to her staff each month to remind them to complete documentation. I thought about setting a task, but you can't schedule recurring tasks when it's a group task.
If this isn't possible, no biggie. We'll find another solution. Just wanted to check if anyone had any ideas!

Few questions:
1. Are all the staff users?
2. Is the e-mail going to be dynamic or a generic message?
3. Is "documentation" tracked anywhere in Salesforce?
If they are all users you could leverage the Mass Email All Users feature and just create a static template and then set up the template near the end of the month to fire out. You could also create a custom object that pulls in details about each user (e-mail field at least) and then leverages time-dependent workflow rules that you can use to schedule the emails out. Same thing if you are already keeping track of track of documentation elsewhere in your org, just create a time-dependent workflow to notify the users.
