Even worse, unless I specifically add state/province picklists to each country, my users can't add state/province values to new addresses! So apparently I need to do Salesforce's job and go around collecting state/province values for the many countries we work with, and build the picklist myself.
So for the love of god please tell me there's a better way to do that than manually entering each state using the Country/State implementation UI!
