I recently upgraded my BlackBerry's operating system to 6.0 and ever since that I have not been able to set up Chatter on the device.  Here is what I have done and the issues along the way.

 

1.  Downloaded the app by browsing to m.salesforce.com

 

2.  Installed Chatter on the device. Everything seems to be okay at this point.

 

3.  The first time I log on the screens goes blank and then comes up with an activated message.

 

4.  This where things go crazy.  I then get asked to log in again.

 

      a) the login takes me to the website and logs me into salesforce.com or

 

      b) a Welcome ot Salesforce Chatter screen comes up and says the application requests the following:

 

         - Access to your profile

 

         - Full access to your data

 

         - Offline access to your account

 

                   Approve              Deny

 

5.  I click Approve (very difficult by the way since he Approve button does not get highlighted when hovering) and then get this crazy message on a pure white screen.

I can't move past this screen.  If I close the screen I get taken back to step 5 and it starts all over again.

    HELLO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     

    I saw another user have a download problem and the answer was to download from :

     

    BlackBerry go to www.chatter.com/blackberry

     

    Still doesn't work.  Pretty useless if we can't use it on the BB device.
