Our company has Group Edition which allows for 10 users. Can all ten of these users use the email to
salesforce.com feature. If so, how does one set them up in "Add multiple users" so they can use this feature.Can all ten users be "Lead Owners"?

Email to Salesforce feature is specific to the user account and is automatically generated, it cannot be set up manually/Add multiple users. Each user can see their own 'Email to Salesforce Adderss' by navigating to Your Name|Setup|Personal Setup|Email|My Email to Salesforce.
In Salesforce the owner of the record is either a User or a Queue (multiple users). If your intention is to allow all Ten Users to view and work on the Leads, yes this is controlled by Sharing Model in Salesforce. Can you please elaborate what is that you are trying to accomplish by having ten users as 'Lead Owners'?
