We are using Contact Manager edition but we cannot get users tha bility to see all contacts without assigning them as System Admins (which, of course, we do not want to do).

    On Contact Manager editions, the records created by Standard Users are set to private and this cannot be changed because this edition does not have the access to the Profiles feature. Records created and owned cannot be seen by other Standard Users. It will only be visible to the Standard user who created the record and to System Administrators.
