I don't know about something that specific FA does have a video library on their site.  http://help.formassembly.com/knowledgebase/topics/52044-videos   Worst case it would not be hard to stage that and create your own video. I do FA demos on a fairly regular basis and once you are used to the interface it goes pretty fast.
