Is Salesforce to Outlook compatible with Office 365 (web version of MS Exchange)

I am having trouble getting Salesforce to Outlook to work. I install it for Windows 7, following the instructions,

open Outlook and nothing happens.

Is there a set of "how to" documents?

Salesforce for outlook only work with Microsoft® Outlook® 2010 or 2007
