I am attempting to merge a duplicate lead/contact. When I click the "find duplicates" button the duplicate record comes up, but there is no check box next to it in order for me to select it. What am I missing here?
Thanks @stevemo. You're right. Now that I'm remembering this correctly we had demandtools at my old company and would use that to do this. Man I miss that tool.
