We have a user that has the same role and profile as another user and she cannot see the activity that he has logged on an account but he can see her activity. Is there something in the first user's permissions that would not allow her to see all activity? I looked at the box when you are searching that says 'Limit to items I own' and that is not checked. It is concerning to me because I need to make sure all of the reps can see all others activities so they know what is being logged. Any thoughts from anyone?

    I think I found something... the logged calls that she cannot see have a contact associated to it that she doesn't own. When I change the owner of that contact, she can then see the calls. Would a contact on a logged call affect who can see it?
