Salesforce for Outlook won't run

Unfortunately I have not been able to find an answer for this question yet.

I have Salesforce for Outlook installed on my computer, Windows 7 32 bit with Outlook 2010. When I try to run Salesforce for Outlook a process starts and then immediately quits (SfdcMsOl.exe).

Whenever I enable the addin for Outlook, Outlook just disables it again.
