Emails coming into our system are created as Cases and I want to report on these each week but when I created a Report type on Account, Cases and Activities I cannot see the case number for these cases created by email. I can see the Account created but the "Related To" field is not available (I have included all fields from all three objects). Shoudl I be reporting on this from a different report type ?

    Hey Olivia,

     

    Ideally when the cases are created from Email to Case feature certain fields on the Case object like "Web Email" & "Web name" will be filled up with Email address & the name of the sender,So with that being said you could create the Report selecting Report type as "Cases" & then add filter criteria to the report say as "Web Email not equal to blank"(leave the filter as null don't writer the words as blank),with this you will get all the case details that are created from Email to Case.
