Hi Olivia,

If you want to change the label of the Product Description, you can rename the label of the Product Description by going to

Setup - Customize - Tab Names and Labels - Rename Tabs and Labels - Click on Edit Next to Object Name - Clcik on Next to edit the field Labels - change the labels and Save

Hi Olivia,    You need to log back into  success.salesforce.com  to attach an image.  Attachments sent through email don't work
