Hello,

My company currently uses the Salesforce Enterprise Edition.

I've been asked to send scheduled reports to non-SFDC users. After much research, it seems the only way I can potentially do this organically thru Salesforce (w/o relying on the auto-forward tool in my email client) is by obtaining the 100 force.com free user licenses, add them to a public group, and have the reports send to this public group.

However, after talking to SF, it appears the free edition on force.com is no longer available? I am just wondering if I have other options? Would I be able to send reports to current non-useres if I were to assign them to use  "chatter free" licenses?

Thanks

You couldn't send them to Chatter Free users, but a relatively cheap (but not free) solution would be to set them up with Chatter Plus licenses
